Sacha Coburn is a New Zealand leadership consultant who combines her love of coaching other leaders to leadership mastery with active involvement in leading her own family-held company, Coffee Culture.

Sacha has also worked closely for over 20 years with the Les Mills group, coaching and developing teams all over the world to step up and lead constructively through organisational change. Her obsession with unlocking the latent potential within everyone has transformed the way thousands of people turn up to work.

Coffee Culture is a New Zealand group of boutique coffee shops with over 300 staff in 20 locations. Sacha is the C.O.O and walks her talk every day delivering messages that matter, and leading her team with humanity and humour. A former lawyer with a Masters Degree in Education, Sacha is uniquely qualified to talk about the challenges of leading from the inside-out.

Darren Shand has been the All Blacks Manager since 2004, which included the 2011 and 2015 Rugby World Cup winning campaigns and in 2013 the first undefeated Test season.

In his time, the All Blacks also won the Tri Nations and subsequent Rugby Championship five times. The All Blacks have also won three Grand Slams against the Home Nations in 2005, 2008 and 2010 and been World Rugby Team of the Year ten times: 2005, 2006, 2008, 2010 – 2015 as well as World Sports Team of the Year at the 2015 Laureus Awards. Prior to joining the All Blacks Darren was Crusaders Manager for four years, during which time the team made three Super Rugby finals and won the competition twice. He served as manager of the Canterbury Air New Zealand NPC side from 1999-2003 during which time the team made two NPC finals and won the competition once. He also managed New Zealand A during their tour of France, Wales and Romania in 2000. Darren has a Bachelor of Physical Education (Otago University) and previously served as Marketing Manager with tourism pioneers AJ Hackett Bungy in Queenstown. In 2014, Darren was appointed as an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit in the Queen’s Birthday Honours.
